If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we can help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- You must request the return before sending items back
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
We are unable to offer:
- Refunds or exchanges on opened or used products
- Returns on purchases made through clinic partners.
- Exchanges at this time
How to Start a Return
Please email us at care@theglowyears.com.au with your order number and details of the product(s) you'd like to return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as transport risk is borne by the sender.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
