01 — Our Founder

The treatment room still matters.

I’m Danielle McDonald, a qualified beauty therapist, former day spa owner and the founder of The Glow Years.

 

I spent years performing treatments before building Spa Circle with my husband, Brad, and working alongside thousands of beauty salons, day spas, skin clinics and aesthetic practices across Australia.

 

During that time, clients gained access to increasingly sophisticated skincare, technology and at-home devices. But I knew there was something they could not buy online: the assessment, judgement and skilled hands of a trained practitioner.

 

I created The Glow Years to strengthen that role.

 

Everything we develop is designed to help professionals deliver thoughtful, memorable treatments while giving clients an experience and result they cannot recreate at home.

02 — Our Skin Philosophy

Skin does not age one concern at a time.

We believe skin longevity is not about fighting age or continually asking more from the skin.

It is about understanding the skin as a living, interconnected system and caring for how it functions, responds and recovers over time.

 

Our approach is influenced by the Korean philosophy of hydration, barrier support, prevention and consistency, combined with contemporary skin science and professional treatment design.

 

We protect the barrier, prioritise hydration, stimulate with purpose and choose the least disruptive path capable of creating a meaningful result.
